IIS-RU visited Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences

On April 24, 2017, Mr. Satin Soonthornpan, the Director of Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University, IIS-RU representatives: Mr. Chatchawan Chaiyasat, Ms. Kanlayaporn Neelabhamorn, and Ms. Punyaruth Srichandee visited Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Germany to build strong relationship between partnerships.

Further, Prof. Dr. Kira Kastell, Vice-President, Ms. Andrea Janßen, Director of International Office, and Ms Friederike Schöfisch, Deputy Director of International Office, welcomed IIS-RU team. The meeting topics included possibilities of exchanging staffs, activities preparation for exchange student, internship program in oversea for social work students, and Asia abilities subject. 

After the meeting, IIS-RU team visited Faculty of Business and Law and met Prof. Dr. Swen Schneider, Dean, Ms. Juliane Reinhardt-Max, Overseas Student Advisor, and Ms. Cornelia Bluhm, International Affairs Student Advisor. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Schneider talked with the team and introduced undergraduate and graduate programs that are taught in the faculty. Additionally, Ms. Bluhm gave a presentation about city of Frankfurt and student life information that could benefit to IIS-RU exchange student. Further, IIS-RU is looking forward to collaborate with the Faculty of Business and Law at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences that will open unique opportunity for both universities to experience distinguished cultural and knowledge across the globe.   

For this special occasion, the team met prospective exchange students and gave advices about courses, learning system, student life, and visa information to the students. IIS-RU expects to see exchange students from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences in this upcoming semester.
