The Orientation Day for Bachelor Degree Level, First Semester 2015

  The Orientation Day for the first semester academic year 2015 of the Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University was held on 24 July 2015 from 13.30 to 16.00 p.m. at Sak Phasukniran room, King Ramkhamhaeng the Great Auditorium.

  Welcoming speech was given by the Director of the IIS-RU, Mr. Satin Soonthornpan which informed the students about IIS-RU background, the program of studies and the study atmosphere which will give the opportunities to the students to learn more about the cultural diversity. In this occasion Prof. Gareth Finch and Prof. Dr. Guillermo Gibens gave warm welcoming speech to the new students as well.  Furthermore, the IIS-RU Director also gave the scholarships awards for excellent students. This year, there were 16 students from undergraduate and 5 students from graduate program who received the scholarships. In addition, IIS staff, Ms. Paranee Tubtim also gave information about the rules and regulation that the students need to know, i.e., the attendance, grading system, examination rules, equivalent certificate, and visa.
