IIS-RU Staffs Sports Day 2017

The Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University organized IIS-RU Staffs Sports Day on March 31, 2017 at IIS-RU and Sport office of Ramkhamhaeng University building. The purposes of this event are to encourage unity of organization and initiate staffs to have better health. Mr. Chananan Sitidech, a fitness trainer at Faikham fitness, was invited to speak on the topic of “The Correctness of Exercise Performance”. The staffs learned how to practice right poses and exercises for losing weight and getting maximum result.

After the seminar, staffs participated in competitions including volleyball, chairball, tug of war, and cheerleading. The staffs were separated into pink and green groups. The trophy was given to the green group.
