More than 150 new students participated in the Undergraduate Orientation Day 2017 on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 1.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m. at 9 Floor, Printing Press Building. The event was organized by the Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University (IIS-RU).
Mr. Satin Soonthornpan, Director of the Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University gave an opening speech to the new students. He talked about student life and how to make a good life while studying here. “Studying at IIS-RU is a great opportunity for our students to meet friends from around the world and that would benefit your cultural experience.” Mr. Soonthornpan stated. Prof. Ulrich Werner, Prof. Bahaudin Mujtaba and Prof. Guillermo Gibens, IIS-RU lecturers, were invited to give warm welcoming speeches to students. In addition, students were informed about clothing, registration procedure, attendance rules, examination evaluation, exchange program, and visa regulations.
