Amelie Beatrice Frei, an exchange student for Double Degree Program in MBA at IIS-RU in 2013-2014 from Hochschule RheinMain, University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden Rüsselsheim (HSRM-Wiesbaden), Germany

"My name is Amelie (26 years old) and I am a student from Germany. In cooperation with my home university, I am able to get two Master degrees in two years.

Here at Ramkhamhaeng University I have the chance to gain knowledge in economic issues what I consider as basis for any professional success.

My time here is almost over, but I really enjoyed it! It needed some time to get adjusted to some things, like the very cold air conditions, the restrooms or the mostly cool canteen dishes, but the staff, professors, and fellow students were so kind and helpful that I felt comfortable the whole time. It is awesome to become a part of the warmly Thai culture and I truly recommend this experience."

Mandy Mueller, 25 years old, an exchange student for Double Degree Program in MBA at IIS-RU in 2013-2014 from Hochschule RheinMain, University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden Rüsselsheim (HSRM-Wiesbaden), Germany

Studying at the Ramkhamhaeng University was very different compared to my studies in Germany and it took me a while to get used to it. As a Media Management student, it was nice to get additional knowledge in economic topics. Being taught by professors from all around the world was also a great experience. What I enjoyed most was getting to know many different cultures and being able to travel through South-East Asia in my free time. I would definitely recommend taking part in exchange programs as they bring different people from different cultures together so that everyone can benefit.

Anne Schömig, an exchange student for Double Degree Program in MBA at IIS-RU in 2013-2014 from Hochschule RheinMain, University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden Rüsselsheim (HSRM-Wiesbaden), Germany

Spending nine months in Bangkok was an amazing experience. The city and the rest of Thailand have a lot to offer. As a student of the double degree program with the Hochschule RheinMain in Wiesbaden I studied the MBA Program with focus on General Management at the institute of international studies. The Ramkhamhaeng University gave us the opportunity to learn from international professors. Studying together with students from Thailand and other countries also supported the international and cultural exchange.

Maren Leiblein, an exchange student for Double Degree Program in MBA at IIS-RU in 2013-2014 from Hochschule RheinMain, University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden Rüsselsheim (HSRM-Wiesbaden), Germany

"Studying at the IIS was an entirely new experience for me. I liked the variety of the courses that were offered and the opportunity of being taught by international professors. The quality of each class was quite depending on the motivation of the professors. Like in every university there were both, challenging and less challenging classes. The staff in the IIS office was very kind and nice and if there were any problems they’ve always tried their best to help. All in all it was a great and valuable time for me at the IIS and I’m very glad I took this chance."

Pronoy Chakma, 26 years old, originally came from Sri Lanka joined Double Degree Program in Master of Arts in Media and Design Management at HSRM-Wiesbaden, Germany in 2013.

"The Double Degree Program offered me the unique opportunity to study in two contrasting environments in two different countries. At first, I imagined that it would be challenging to study in Germany, but after I arrived and started attending the classes, I gained extra confidence and motivation to study alongside my fellow students and the professors. Studying about Media and Design Management proved to be not only educational, but also fun and entertaining. Some of the academic activities provided us with opportunities to visit real business companies, film studios, radio and television broadcasting stations, and to experience actual work-place environments. Hochschule RheinMain provides all the facilities and academic activities that a student needs."
